Shipping

UK - ​ Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked & Signed (2-5 days approx) £4.40

UK - Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed (1-3 days approx) £5.50

UK - Next Day Delivery. Monday - Friday £8.50. The order must be made by 2pm. (Next day delivery does not guarantee delivery on a Saturday) 

*Shipping times are approximate and can vary especially around busier times, such as Christmas.

WORLDWIDE - ​ We ship Worldwide any parcel up to the weight of 2KG and maximum contents value of £250. We do not ship prams or dolls outside of the UK due to the size & weight. If your order exceeds this weight or the £250 limit, we shall contact you via Email with a revised shipping cost if you are outside the UK. ​Unfortunately since April 2020 the cost of shipping to the USA has more than doubled. Shipping charges DO NOT include the cost of import duties and taxes that may be charged. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer if they are contacted by their delivery courier. If you would like to know if you will be charged duties/taxes, please enquire with your countries postage service before placing your order. If you do not pay the duties/taxes requested by the courier, the parcel may be returned to us. If this happens the original postage cost will not be refunded back to you,  as the postage would've already been paid to the courier. 

International Tracked & Signed (7-10 days*)  *7-10 days is an estimate - shipping times for international mail may vary depending on the speed of the postal service in each county. 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any item bought within 14 days of purchase (excluding sale items, pre-ordered items & items showing as 'non-returnable'). All items returned to us MUST have their original tags attached and be in a clean, unworn condition. Any item returned to us not meeting this criteria will be returned to the buyer and no exchange will be given. ​ All exchange postage costs are to be covered by the buyer. We are unable to exchange any products which have been pre-ordered for customers (advanced season stock, etc) as these products have been ordered in by customer request only. ​
